Professional Counseling Services
Therapist : Ranjita Ram Geistlinger
My Services
I offer individual, couples and family therapy for teens, adults who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves or others. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, PTSD, life transitions, or the lasting impact of difficult relationships and experiences.
My approach is collaborative, culturally responsive, and tailored to you as a whole person. I integrate Culturally Adaptive Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CA-CBT) with person-centered and somatic, body-based practices. This means we look not only at thoughts and behaviors, but also at how your culture, identity, nervous system, and lived experiences shape the way you move through the world.
Sessions are conversational and flexible. Together, we work at a pace that feels safe and supportive, focusing on building insight, strengthening coping skills, and increasing self-compassion. I help clients recognize patterns, regulate emotions, and develop tools that feel realistic and sustainable in daily life.
I strive to create a space where you feel seen, respected, and understood without judgment. Therapy with me is not about “fixing” you, it’s about supporting your healing, growth, and reconnection with your own strengths.

About Ranjita RG.
I believe therapy works best when it feels safe, collaborative, and grounded in genuine human connection. My goal is to offer a space where you feel seen, heard, and accepted without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out.
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have been providing therapeutic services since 2021. I am a Professional Counselor Associate (PCA) and practice under clinical supervision in the state of Oregon.
I became a therapist because I’ve seen how meaningful it can be to feel truly listened to during life’s most challenging moments. I’m passionate about helping people feel less alone, more grounded, and more connected to themselves as they navigate anxiety, trauma, depression, PTSD, and life transitions.
My approach integrates Culturally Adaptive Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CA-CBT) with person-centered and somatic, body-based practices. Sessions are conversational and flexible, moving at a pace that feels supportive while gently working toward meaningful, sustainable change.
I don’t believe you are broken or in need of fixing. I believe healing happens when you feel understood, supported, and empowered to reconnect with your strengths. My role is to walk alongside you with care, curiosity, and respect as you move toward greater clarity, balance, and self-trust.
